His C ability allows him to deploy a giant wall that moves the direction it is facing.

His X ultimate allows him to summon a giant radius of water moving wherever you are faced.
Anyone inside will be able to get stunned if hit by lightning for 2 seconds.
This takes 7 points which you get with kills,planting/defusing or orbs.
